Price on a rebuild

Force 120HP, Shop is telling me 2,500 - 3,000 for a rebuild, can you guys tell me if this is reasonable?

i got quoted same price for my 150. looked online and ordered my parts for 800.00 and machine shop was 200.00 and did the job myself and saved all that labor $$$. but is about the going price
