previous content saved...restore message instead of posting new thread

Every time I try to post a new thread it disappears and I get this message. "previous content saved...restore...". I hit post but see nothing?

I get that also. It takes forever to add a post, just says waiting. I hit the refresh page on mine, the post shows up as it should. But there is the previous content in the response box wich I discard.
