I have 1996 Escort Trailer model WT 20 PCB.
What kind of preventive maintenance should I perform?
How can I access the brakes? to inspect the pads?

I take mine apart once a year to fix things that are stuck and repack the bearings

I kinda dought there will be much to repiar if there orginal these are 1 year old in saltwater
