The plunging neckline and the crisscrossed straps in back showed off her toned body, as did the matching garter that peeked through the elegant slit as she glided around on her 4-inch blue heels.<br /><br />The 18-year-old Livonia student's formalwear wasn't made of shiny satin or voluminous velvet. Thursday night's gown and the three-piece tuxedo her date, Seth Morris, wore were made of a more matte material -- duct tape.<br />.<br />.<br />.<br />TALES OF THE TAPE <br />Bailey's hints for creating duct-tape couture:<br /><br />Leave yourself plenty of time for the project.<br />Use color.
