Pressurized tank widget

Greetings everyone

A while back a saw a pretty picture of a dual line connector widget. This widget was used to change the O-Rings or rebuild the whole thing really. Someone said I make these but I lost the page. It was made of Aluminimum and was very nice. Anyone know who it was as I am unable to find the page again and would like to buy one if possible, thanks.
