Pressure testing 5.7gsi

The engine is a Penta 5.7GSI,(PBYCCE), 1998. Drive is a DP-S1(1:78). When preparing the drive for storage, a pressure test shows pressure and vacuum is good. But, when I sprayed soapy water on the shift actuator housing, I saw some bubbles. The drive oil was a bit millky and I was wondering if there was water intrusion through the shift actuator seal. I sprayed soapy water in the shaft seals and saw no bubbles. How difficult is it to replace the shift actuator seal.... Thanks....

Yes the gear lube was drained before tests. I have the manual and was unsure whether shimming was necessary after removing the actuator but afater reading an old post of yours, I see shimming is not needed. Looks pretty straight foward. Thank you...
