As far as I know, no one makes a kit. There's a little bit of machine work you'll need to do - usually just drilling and tapping a couple holes depending on how you do the conversion.
You can use an outboard fuel pump like the cube OMC one or you can use a go-cart type pump that has a separate hose connection for the pressure pulse line.
