Pre 1995 Honda B100 No spark

Hi guys I have a Honda B-100 with breaker point ignition. I can’t get it to spark and I have a feeling it’s the coil under the flywheel part #30540-881-004 it has 4.3 ohms of resistance and also only puts out .6 volts of DC when you turn the flywheel over. Is there anything else that could be causing no spark? This coil is also unavailable and I cannot find it anywhere not even eBay, would a substitute work or would a more updated ignition system work entirely. Thank you guys!
