I have a 24' Fisher pontoon and I want to install two powerwinches. Normal conditions when anchoring is calm water in a cove on a lake in order to bottom fish. On the old toon I had two 15lb anchors mounted on the bow with anchor mates and they did a pretty good job even tho it would have been better with one forward and one aft. The pan fishing power mates are alot cheaper than the 24 power mates but I do not want to spend $ on an anchor system that will not do a good job. Any opinions about the use of these and the job they will do would be appreciated. Thanks, WH.
