How difficult is it to replace the seal on the top of the power tilt pump cylinder of a Evinrude '87 ob 150 hp. Am slowly losing fluid. Cannot find it in the Clymer manual. Secondly, should I get a better manual and what can you recommend. Thanks - LarryO
