Power Tilt on 1989 Bayliner w. 85 Hp Force

Any suggestions on how I can fix the tilt on my 89 bayliner? Works fine but when you raise it, it will slowly creep back down. I am sure it is a leaky cylinder but dont know how difficult it is to replace it or repair.
Any suggestions would be great
