Power Tilt and Trim

I blew a fuse and had no power to tilt my motor when I got it on the trailer. How do I tilt it with no battery ? 75 Merc with factory trim and tilt.

Luckly after jaring the motor several times the fuse holder made up and I was able to go home. Someone had put a short fuse in the holder. Still would like an answer to above question.
Not sure this is where to post it but this is as close as I could find.

Is that 75 Merc a 1975 Merc of some unknown horsepower/size, or a Merc 75 hp of some unknown year?

There should be a screw (large hex screw) on the side of the mounting bracket. If screwed out a ways, it bypasses the hydrolics and you should be able to manualy lift the motor up.
