power steering question?

I have been looking and looking and can not for the life of me find a diagram or the correct name of this part. It is the original power steering system on the boat and that part I am looking for is a rectangular box located at the end (bottom) of the steering column that connects the column to the cable. Yesterday during out outting I smelt some hot oil smell coming from under the dash so I looked for it and that retangular box had some fresh steering fluid on it. not alot just a trace. Any suggestion or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

oh yeah, if ever stops raining today, i'll climb under the cover and get in there to take a photo and post it too.

I was finally able to get out in the boat today and snap a couple of pics. I know the one is kind of crappy but it's all I could get. You can see the oil is leaking out onto the cross member there. It's not alot but it drives me nuts to smell that while cruising or in the cuddy. I pointed an arrow to what I am thinking is leaking the oil. If any body has ideas, like is there a seal or something in there that may need replaced or does the entire thing need replaced, what is the correct name of the parts or diagram, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
