Hi 3.0l GS power steering pump pulley needs replacing. I tried to remove it with a puller a couple of weekends back and it didn't budge, just bent the thing. I have straightened it but need to replace it. Any ideas on the best way to remove it and how do I go about fitting the new one? Thanks

You need a power steering pump pulley remover/installer. Using anything else damages things as you found out.

Rent one for free at an Autozone or Advanced Auto parts if you dont want to buy one. You get your money back when you return it. I just changed mine out on a 3.0GS without any problems. Just make sure to grease the threads of the puller
