Power Steering Leak and using stop leak

I have a 1992 Celebrity with a 4.3L Mercruiser. I have a power steering leak that appears to be between the valve housing and the steering unit. It appears that there may be an O-ring or seal between these two assemblies and it is leaking there. <br />Can I use this product to stop the leak...?<br /> No-Leak<br /><br />It says that it will work with all power steering systems and units. It is such a bear to get to my PS unit, you literally have to stand on your head.<br /><br />Any thoughts??

Why not just fix the o-ring /seal?
