1989 4.3L OMC Cobra.
I have the selco manual as well as my four winns manual and can't figure this one out....
From the power steering pump, the high pressure hose goes to the steering cylinder. The return hose goes no where... the end opposite the cylinder is not attached to anything and I can't find a place where it would be attached.
I traced the low pressure hose from the steering pump to the oil cooler. I figured that the inlet on the oil cooler would be where my unattached hose would go but there is already a hose connected to the inlet - I can't see where it comes from but its way in the back, possibly connected to the out drive.
This has got to be an easy fix but I can't figure it out. When I start the engine ATF starts spraying everywhere out of the disconnected hose.
