power steering cooler on a 1989 4.3 liter cobra

I am trying to take advantage of the incredibly warm February days here in West New York and working on the 4.3 cobra. Right now I am trying to reattach the power steering cooler to the back of the block, but I forgot where to exactly bolt it onto. Is it the same place where the gear bracket is attached or is it closer to the center?

Ayuh,...... Wherever there's a convenient bolt to use,....
Usually one of the flywheel cover bolts,.....

There should be a stud top center.
