has anyone seen a power pole on a starcraft 20' deck boat with a merc out board? and would one work on such a boat and how

Do you mean a retracting stern light? Very high failure rate! I'm not sure they're even on the market anymore.

I am asking about the new anchor system with the piston that goes into the bottom, Iam not sure if it will attach to my transome

and i prefer the retracting light, never had a problem. these snap in are just something else to store and rattle.

I am talking about the new power anchor system the power pole, they are about 1200 to 1400 and attach to the transome net to the out board

They seem more popular with salt flat fisherman. May want find a board that is centered toward reds and trout fishing. Where ya from? Many places have a board for salt fishing a certain area.

if you have a swim platform, i don't think so. looks like it mounts to the flat transom. or mount it on something like a set back plate.

or thru bolt a angle bracket to the edge of the swim platform, as it has to come to vertical all the way up.
