power motor problems first boat need help

i recentley bought a 16ft thundercraft with a 85hp chrysler charger outboard 1982 the wiring was all shot and the power tilt was stuck with the motor up managed to rewire and got the engine down but the motor has burnt out so it the engine wont go up is this repairable or should i just get a new motor and if i do where do i get one of these from im clueless i admit but you got to start somewhere ill appreciate any help pleasepleaseplease

look for the manual valve on the clamp bracket
