I launched my 1993 grady white seafarer with 1993 Yamaha 225 outboard #225TXRR. At low speed 5-7 mph ran rough, full throttle no problem. 2nd time out ran on auxilary tank could not get full throttle,when I came down off a plane could not get back on a plane engine keep stalling. Proceeded to get towed back to dock. Started reading on this site for similar problems, checked the basics, changed Racor filter, changed priming bulb, spark plugs, drained carb bowels, pumped some fuel from tanks. Started up on small 6 gallon tank ran fine switched to main and auxilary tanks ran fine got up to plane up and down no problem. 3rd time out engine ran fine after engine was shutoff for about an hour could not get back up on plane engine kept stalling, had 2nd mate keep pumping priming bulb and was able to back up on plane ran fine all the way back, but never shut off engine. Boat ran fine last year, the only difference this year is I added a Flowscan fuel meter which works fine. Any Suggetions would be Greatly Appreciated, Thanks
