Whatever problem your motor has has made it go into safe mode. Beyond that I'm no help. Perhaps a mod will move your question to the Yamaha motor section where you're likely to get more/better help.
Not much to go on , but my guess is motor runs out of fuel trying to raise RPM.
carb main jets plugged up maybe
or water in fue/carbs
Check fuel pump also
