any way, yea i had my windshield frame powder coated today . i took it off to paint the boat . i took the frame all apart then stripped off the rubber and plastic got rid of the old snaps ets , sanded the ruff parts . then had them sand blast and powder coat it with a urethane powder . they also used a new product that was a marine clear coat . it cost 380$ total but looks real good . id suggest powder coat to make anything look pretty. the marine clear coat is cool looking too .8)
