So i did the cubic ft equation to get an exact number but my question here is how much has anyone used gallon wise. How many gallons have you used on a 14 foot boat. Chrysler charger tri hull to be exact if anyone has. I am usinf a 5 inch piece of closed cell board foam underneath the floor to take up soace before pouring the foam to decrease the surface area it needs to fill and this foam has 90psi strength.
Anyways just curious as to how many gallons of pour foam you may have used i have 4 and 1.2 gallons between that and the 4 inch board with the math it should be plenty

I poured my 16 ft and used 5 lb foam but don't remember just how much. Mixed up in containers and poured in thru holes in the deck. The foam came up thru the holes so all good.

I think using 4 inch foam board will be an issue with the pour. The foam glues everything together and how will you insure the foam get above and below the board?

When i did mine i calculated cubic feet and ordered 1 extra kit to be safe and used it all. Either be ready to order twice or get extra. I used total boat foam and they gave their expanded volume per kit but depending on temp and unavoidable waste you will be short. I also left gaps in the tabbing for the deck to hull to allow foam to get all the way up there and tabbed after. I also had plenty of weight and wood to cover all the holes as the foam got to where it needed to be
