I only have a few as the pics below were from my first time back out on the lake with my dad since i was a kid and we tourney fished...

yes that is a puch button Zebco that we were using to catch crappie for fun while we were bass fishing... we boated 19 bass that day... all 1-4 pounds...

nice trout guys... i always keep my trout but i always return my bass to fight another day.... the day i get that 10+ pound bass is the day she gets mounted... ive got a 9.6 but not that magical number..

Man! That 9.6 lb largemouth would be a state record here in Minnesota, and by almost a pound. We grow lots of bass up here, but they don't get to 10 lb. I envy you folks in the southern states....well, sorta. You don't have big northerns or muskies.

on a good day we will catch 5+ bass over 5 pounds.... each... bad day ends up being 15+ bass each but none breaking 3 pounds...

Wow John! are all those fish came out of the Susky? Looked like you found the honey hole. Is the fishing that good year round or is it just a spring thing on the river?

Most are on the Susky, but also includes Mohawk River and numerous small lakes and ponds. The 2008 photos are all Susky at this point. It is a great fishery. I like the Susky in the spring and fall/winter. During the summer, just hit it sparadicly toward evenings (mostly wading or Kayaking). I love water that has bass, pike, and walleye.

Those trout on the frying pan look so good. I think we might do a bit of trout fishing this year in the shallow rivers here since the boat's still being restored.

first time out in the new boat today. the LMB is about 16 inches. The pickerel was about 20 inches.

my father doesn't know what autofocus is so they're blurred. plus i'm holding them wrong so they don't look very big. there small lake fish.
