Ports through hull on 1991 Sea Nymph?

I just purchased a 1991 SS175 Sea Nymph and I am trying to identify the ports on the rear of the hull on the lower transom - and the two ports on the side that look like maybe vents of some kind - they are too high for water intake - picture is attached - the previous owner told me that one of the live Wells didn’t work and I was trying to troubleshoot

Black one up high is the gas vent for a built in tank. Lower two , you'll will have to follow the hoses, one is probably a discharge for the livewell and the other a intake for the livewell pump. Without being there and dumping water into the livewell to see where it comes out I guess your on your own. Get into " up to your elbows " as that's what most boat owners do . Helps you get to know every nook and cranny as well

Thank you - poured water in and found the drain - now when in the water, only one aerator tube works to feed the live wells (there are two) one of them seems to have a broken shutoff valve - how do you replace those tubes

most of the plumbing is plastic fittings and pvc hose that are bolted to the livewells and deck prior to dropping the assembly into the boat. since the boat (and all the sub systems) are designed only to last about 15 years, the plastic fittings break, the hose crack, the plastic thru-hulls break, etc. so unfortunately to replace the plumbing, you must nearly pull apart the entire boat.

well - the only thing that isn't working (and there is no leaks right now) is the yellow aerator outlet tube inside the livewell where the water comes in.....and I think it is because the shutoff valve handle is broken off - apparently in the "closed" position. Is this tube easily removed from inside the livewell?
