Ok, I am new to this fun time sport. I picker up my new 24 ft Fishing Party Barge today from Sun Tracker. Took it to the lake by my house, and learned how to unload the boat, drove it around for maybe 1 hour. I LOVE IT!! and so do kids and wife. and then went to load it on the trailer. According to the manufacture, the trailer needs to be in the water to float the boat off it. No problem, did that without issue. However loading it was a little more work. It is to be driven completely onto the trailer. It has 2 sets of alignment guides towards the front to fit inside the pontoons. The last rail has holes drilled in it for another set, but none present. As my sons were loading it, the front of the boat was in the V of the bunks, but the rear of the boat was off maybe 4 inches. So we floated boat again with front secured by winch, and my one son pushed the boat sideways to align the rear, then I drove the trailer out of the water. Should there be a 3rd set towards the rear of the trailer? I looked at many sites and could not find any pictures to show how many it has. Any replies by owners of this type of setup would be greatly appreciated. I will be calling the dealer tomorrw to ask, but would like to know what others have. I think the trailer might have had the 3rd set removed.
