Please, Need Help with Sea King!

I've got an air-cooled 7hp Wards Sea King outboard.

The Model is: 1700 11006C
Engine Type is: XTV 27007 B

The motor is made by Clinton.


Some questions:

What year was this motor made?
I know it's a Clinton Engine, but who manufactured it?
Where do I find parts if I need them (so far I don't)?
Do other motors use the same parts (interchange?)?

It was made by Clinton Engines Corp, maker of Clinton Lawn Mower engines. I didn't look up the year, but the following may help
