Welcome
At idle might be an exhaust leak

Does it get louder at higher rpm?

ok, but the motor in your vid doesn't appear to be doing much more then at idle

So when you go to WOT it starts a similar ticking?
If this is the case check your timing and carb may need to be cleaned. At higher RPM's the motor might be getting real lean on fuel.

If motor goes lean it will start pre-ignition. If it starts this the motor will eat it self. Piston tops and valves will start being damaged

I'm just guessing because right now I don't know enough

Pull some plugs to see what they look like. If they are white then a lean condition is happening

Could rev as covered in above reply…I’d also throw in that it could be a belt/alternator issue too.
