Send the injectors out to be cleaned. That has been the answer on the last 4 I've done. Suzuki loves their injectors, which is why I suggest having them professionally cleaned.

Yeah, just finished a df115 with exact problem/symptoms and it was injectors....but would have said that anyway...classic example.

thanks yamatech43, there is a very fine black micro grain-like substance in the injectors and is the high pressure pump,i cant figure out what that substance is,the tank, hoses, racor, vst filters and high pump are new.im truely puzzled.

You said you had a load of bad fuel. Could that be the source? Is the boat stored or left unattended where devious little rat finks could have dumped something in the tank.

Re: please help with suzuki df90

thanks everyone, I fixed the problem,it was the injectors,I made a cleaning device with a connector a wire harness,a battery and a blow gun with 40 psi setting, put nozzle to the exit side of the injector and energized the injector in quick pulses like the ecm would and you would be surprised at what came out of them. The engine now runs like it did when it was new, thanks again. jeff.
