i have a 89 dt 115 it seems to be running good except for when it is on the top end at 4700 to 4800 rpm on console tach it losses power but it doesnt die if i drop it back in neutral then shift back ingear it takes right off, i have had no problem at 4300 or less just at top end trottle, it kinda just bogs down ,hope this is making since, i think this could be an electrical problem, but im not for sure, please let me know if anyone has any idea thanks Robert

I had a problem like that before, can be from dirty high speed jets or a sensor on its way out .... basic things I did when my suzuki starter giving problems was changing that impellar, replacing the waterflow & oil flow sensor, cleaning the carbs and cleaning the oil level switch inside the oil reservoir ..... 90% of the time it fixes all the problems ...
