Desperately need your help or info. Have a 1992 Bayliner Trophy 21' (Model 2002) with 150 hp Mercury O/B('95). Boat pulls to the right hard moment I let go of the steering wheel and at cruising speed of say 25 knots tilts to the left.
The boat will not tilt to the left if I turn the steering to the right, but at cruising speed, let go fo the steering the boat will turn right instantly.

Have adjusted the zinc trim tab all the way to the right. Have trim up and down, remove the kicker which is on left, move passengers to the right still tilt to the left unless I turn slightly to the right, but steering problem persist.

Thanks ahead for your info and help.

Re: PLEASE HELP, pulls hard to the right and tilt to the left.

Hmm, not . Try these in order of likelihood.

are you adjusting the trim tab so the trailing edge (back) is pointing to the right or left (e.g. do you have it backwards)?
Is your skeg straight vertically and aligned to the prop shaft?
Is your prop dinged somehow?
Do you have anything trailing in the water that might cause this?
Do you have the correct zinc trim tab for your motor (could it be too small)?
is your hull bottom clean and smooth -- small distortions can make big problems
Is your motor mounted on centre to the transom? does the leg hang straight down (e.g., is one side of the transom mount higher than the other)?
Is it possible you have one side of the hull flooded or saturated foam?
Is your hull distorted somehow(compare each side looking both fore and aft)
