I want to be able to use the input function for an ipod, etc. I tried pressing every button on the stereo but theres not an input selection fmstereo/amstereo/cdplayer/etc. Hoping if someone knows how to or can identify the model # I can try to do more research.

Is there an AUX button? Did you read the manual? If you don't know what model it is, stick your head under the console and look at the manufacturers tag. The name is also typically right on the front of the unit.

That doesn't look to be AUX input capable. There's almost always a jack on the front of the unit...

I've done a little searching and have been unable to find one that looks like yours. We really need that model number.

no aux button either. I don't have the manual thats what i need to find out how to change the inputs. Dang I was hoping to get a model number without pullin the box apart lol. Does anyone know the audio red/white cables that usually go to a amp. I can hook up a converter to a 2.5mm jack for the ipods, etc right?

No, that should be the line level output. Not an input.

On the other hand a marine quality, aux input ready deck is only around $100 these days. Look at the Clarion M109. Conformal coated PCBs are your friend when you're dealing with marine audio equipment.
