Please help me find this honda 9.9 part or part #

Hi all, this part (cap) came off my motor and have had no luck finding it on any parts diagrams I've seen online. Thought it'd either be on the Engine cover or Oil Case diagram but I didn't see it on either. Part name or number would be great if you could tell me! The motor is a Honda 9.9 Power Thrust, electric start/tilt with the #BABJ-1501953. Also if you could tell me the year of this outboard with this info?

Looks like the part in question is Honda "grommet" part number 40105-ZW9-010... Item number 14, http://www.hondamarineparts.com/pag...FICATION)/BF9.9D6-JPN-LHA/2414ZW85ZW8AF0200AA

If not ^, Then also check into Item # 13,,, also called a grommet. But item 14 in the link above seems more like the part you need.
