what is the plastic tube that extends below the steering column. it looks to be some type of lubrication. if so how do you fill it? and what product do you use to do so?
hello<br /> its to control and keep the end of the steering cable clean<br /> dont mess with it they get brittle with age and break.<br /> good luck and keep posting
