pivot pin bushings 290 dp VOLVO ?

We took my friends new 290 dp out of the box this week. Before we mount it my concern is with the pivot pins at the point where intermidate housing mounts to the mounting collar. Pin on one side seems loose, altough it will be secured from rotaiting when the locking bolt is installed. Does anyone know if there is a bushing in the mounting collar or is this a drilled hole in the casting? thanks fred

Assuming we are talking about the same thing, there is a plastic bushings for the pivot pins.<br />See item 12.<br /><br />

Hello don, same hole for pin but my concern is the hole on the mounting collar where the pivot pin is locked with the bolt partually thru it. thanks fred.
