After second weekend in a row of rearanging my prop pitch and diameter (the hard way)I was wondering if anyone has ever tried these props? Are they expensive, durable all they are cracked up to be by the manufacturer.Water level in our lakes and the rivers that connect them can change drastically overnight.I've got a 90hp 1982 inline 6 merc if it helps with any info.

thanks
dave

------------------
no replacement for displacement!

They're good props, until you hit something. Then they shatter. That's why so many of us still use aluminum props. They can be pounded back into shape for a reasonable price.

And if the prop holds together when you hit something, the lower unit is going to absorb the impact -- just think how much THAT will cost you. That's the big problem with stainless steel props.
