Anyone know where I can get these pipe-style bunk brackets?

Hard to see in the pic, but what I'm most looking for is the chunk of steel that goes between the pipe & the trailer frame. It creates a small cradle that puts even pressure around the inside of the pipe where it's up against the trailer. I'm sure I could fabricate the rest easy enough.

Never seen those before. You're probably stuck with the usual C-channel style and drilling some more holes.

I found the pipe brackets, but not the piece that goes between the frame & pipe as I said. Problem with the C-channel ones is that I want to add bunks up at the front of the trailer by drilling through the platforms that run the length of the trailer. Doing this with a pipe is a lot easier (smaller hole). I'm sure I can work around it.

Exhaust clamps - good idea! Didn't think of that. Wonder if I can find any with a small enough diameter?

Call your local Autozone or similar store and give them the OD diameter of the the pipe you are trying to fit.

try a plumbing supply company. They will have several options for you.

There is a hard rubber half moon that should work fine. Just couldn't find a link.
There are "one hole clamps" that are steel and you could use the bottom half, but the half moon rubber would be my choice. Will last for decades, will help with vibration, and they hold like a champ, wet or dry. :D
