I had to replace the pinion bearing in the lower unit, and I need the torque setting for the pinion nut. Low oil caused the damage and we are on vacation and I am trying to get it togeather for the kids, low budget.
Low oil will pancake an upper before damaging a lower.What is really happening here?That spec is 80 ft lbs..It is really hard to set the bellcrank on this Cobra without the tools needed to do the job.Why arre you into the lower?
