Re: Picture of the year
EVERY time I call a number that requires me to press a number to speak english I complain and ask that they send my complaint up the line.
The last time I did that, the gal that took the call said rather indignately, that "half the country speaks spanish"
I told her that not only was that not even close to the truth, that I did not ask her opinion, I just want to make sure that she passed my complaint up the line.
I'm sure she did not. Next time I will ask for a supervisor. This has been one of my pet peeves for many years. I used to do this with Verizon Wireless. Now when you call them, they do a quick blurb in spanish telling them to press a number and then continue on in english.
At least someone listened.
