Picked up the strangest boat I've ever seen today.

Any idea what it is?

It's a 1997 according to the last two numbers on the HIN

It's 5ft long, 3ft wide, and the transom is 16 inches tall.

The whole thing is aluminum.
It appears to be constructed very well.

I bought it from a scrap yard worker that picked it from a customer that brought it in to scrap.

Anyone know what it is or what it would be good for?

Can yo uhelp identify this little boat

It is 5 ft. long, 3 ft. wide, transom is 16 inches tall.
it's so small I don't know what it could possibly be good for.
And it's so strange I had to buy it.
It's all aluminum. Fairly heavy duty.

Any Ideas?

Welcome aboard, keysync. Your two topics have been merged.

No pic yet. Lately Photobucket has been the most reliable way to post pics, paste the IMG Code from PB in the message.

I'm thinking the bottom of a RIB (rigid inflatable bottom). ....Definitely odd looking as it stands.

If it has a true HIN, the first three characters signify the manufacturer.

Anyone know what it is or what it would be good for?

Depending where you live, it may be the strangest planter ever with no paperwork.

Yes that is a hull for a RIB which BTW stands for Rigid Inflatable BOAT not bottom

It's good for scrap metal as is but if you can get a replacement tube AND a title or registration it would be a fine little boat.
