Picked up a 79!

Just picked up my second Doral (First was an 84 14 1/2' runabout). It's old but everything works and I can't wait to get her wet!

18 1/2' w/ 165 hp Mercruiser in-line 6.

Here's one of the dash. I'll take more interior pictures later today. It's very hard to find any info on these old dorals and even harder to find photos. So I'm probably gonna throw a tonne of pictures up in this thread for anyone else who did as I did before I bought the boat..... (spent 3 days searching the net looking for info only to find 2 pictures of the boat and minimal information).

Great. Mine has the same seats and stowage box lid on my 1985. Did you check my thread out with all the photos ?? It is in this section.

I know this a couple months old, but I have the same boat, but a '77. We love it now that we got the gremlins out.

If you want info then e-mail Doral direct. They have been extremely helpful with supplying old brochures. Pretty quick response as well.
