Phillips well boat 18'

Hey guys I just bought a boat from a guy I work with and neither of us know what kind of boat it is. Another guy I work with says he is confident it is a Phillips well boat. No paperwork came with this rig. If you have any ideas that may lead me to finding out exactly what kind of boat this really is would be greatly appreciated. The boat looks to have been sky blue on the inside originally. Any input you all have would be great. I've seen another thread about Phillips but I'm still not sure. I will post more pictures also soon.

the boat has registration numbers from north carolina. as far as I know, you need to have a valid registration/title signed over along with the VL-1 form to transfer ownership.

Without the proper paperwork, you may not own the boat. what ever legal name is on that paperwork currently filed with North Carolina for that HIN and registration is the name of the boat manufacturer.
