Probably would have to contact welding shops that do custom aluminum work. Will not be cheap.

Maybe search for a rough boat for sale that has one and transfer it to yours?

I have seen people make then out of wood as well.....looked ghetto and had to be heavy!

Where are you located?

I know of several fabricators in Indianapolis, Indiana who could build any design you might have in mind. Doesn't do you any good if you're hundreds of miles away.

I have a Starcraft with an aluminum top, but it's not a sun deck. Such a structure would add 400-500 lbs. to your boat, and it wouldn't be good for your center of gravity.

Pontoons are not built for such items unless the boat is pushing 30' in length, 8 1/2' in width and has 25" tritoons.

Going to have to agree with Bamaman1 for the second time tonight. With 24 feet there's not a lot of support for an upper deck. I looked at doing that a couple of years ago on my 24 footer and several shops wouldn't touch it. A small one could probably be done but I think any shop will make a disclaimer on it. Don't get me wrong, I've done a lot of stuff "outside the box" but this type of project has got to be a combination of good design, fabrication and then most of all... managing how much weight is up there in respect to lake conditions and the load on the rest of the boat. If someone isn't there to make common sense decisions about loading, the boat could get in a bad situation.
