Hello! I am new to iboats and would like to say hi to everybody!
Before I joined, I read many posts and got the same feeling as when the special people in my lifetime gave sincere answers!
I have a passion for the sea. As the story is told...I was shoveling my first fistfull of sand into my mouth when I was about six months old!

It's easy to leave the dock...the trick is to return! I realize this takes a boat that is in tip-top condition!

Re: Permission to Come Aboard!

Thank you all!

Here is a photo of my first boat bought in 1970. A 1958 18'10" Thompson Powered by a 1962 Evinrude 75hp. V-4 Starflite. (wish I still had it!)

Recent boat is another Thompson (fiberglass) "Mechanics Special" Price was right but I have to "roll up my sleeves" Big Time! That's part of the adventure so we'll see how it goes.
