Morning, ya shoot I was talking slave you are right. It's a ford 302, boat is a 1975. One wire is on the positive and one wire is from main harness on the 50 amp.

Where is the wire that goes to the 50amp breaker?
I'm not sure. In the picture posted by OP it is definitely not installed as shown in the schematic you've posted which is the correct way

I was merely stating that OP's setup is (now confirmed) a Ford base and oem configuration has main B(+) connection to slave solenoid

Now should I install a bus bar for all my grounds. Seems it would tidy up my wiring
