The Common post goes directly to the starter on the motor

Ayuh,....... What "all the positive leads. "
If you mean like the trim pump, yes, that can go to the common,....

Trim pump comes off start Bat at starter post because it's next to the motor

Anchor windless comes off House Bat

Blower comes from the helm and is powered from start Bat Aux power feed

Bilge pump is connected either directly to the start Bat or from common terminal at Bat switch

Bilge pump float switch power comes from either (+) battery post or in OP's case either #1 or #2 post at battery switch

Connecting to common would mean float switch would only have power with the battery switch in an "on" position. Needs to have constant fused power supply regardless of battery switch position

There is a misunderstanding in terms between us

Your pic shows the slave relay, the starter solenoid is on top of the starter

Lets start again clean
What is your motor serial number, or at least year and type?

Iirc OP is running a Ford base engine which utilizes battery power initially from the slave solenoid
Then it should be like this pic,
Where is the wire that goes to the 50amp breaker?
