Perch spots near CLE

Good Morning! Looking for advice on perch locations near Cleveland. I launch primarily out of Edgewater near downtown and dont really have easy access to the islands out west. For Walleye I know I can hang around Gold Coast or the crib but not sure where to find perch. Any suggestions? Keep in mind my boat is an 18' runabout and Id prefer to stay within 10 miles or so of downtown CLE, or I can launch near Avon or east near Mentor if I really have to but dont want to go too far from the ramps.

Here in NH I always seem to find perch somewhat in the shallows especially under lily pads. It doesn't seem to make a difference on the water temp for some reason.
