Overheated my penta 130 demolished impeller, blew head gasket, split exhaust hose Schoolboy error on my part, costing me much moneys. Volvo dealer replaced gasket and I replaced impeller and hose. Sorted until first time out the water temp shot up to 120+. Water going in and coming out but doesnt appear to be going through block hence overheating. Tried removing the thermostat but that didnt help. New thermostat on order but am worried this isnt going to cure. Anything else I should be looking for? Any ideas gratefully recieved. Thanks.
