The outboard is a year 2007 unit, BALJ-1402007, BF15D.

How do I know which water pump to select from the site you listed?

I'm at the tip of BAJA, so if I have the part shipped to a friend in the US, I've got to be dead on

part # 06192-ZW9-A30 for impeller kit or # 06193-ZY1-010 for complete pump kit
