Parts for 1995 Ford 5.0 Fi

Lots of questions here.... Where can i find parts for a Ford 5.0 Fi (50FAPHUE) engine thats in my 1995 Chris Craft?

Started with a small gasket leak on Elbow Adapter between Thermostat Housing and Intake. Unfortunatly the bolts were rusted beyond removal so after trying everything (but drilling out) tried to pop the heads off with a chisel. Apparently aluminum intakes don't like this along with years of corrosion, as the mouth literally crumbled on one side and cracked on the other. Now I need a new lower intake and every site I have found says part is obsolete. The boat mechanic can not even find one. We're both out of options at this point unless his friend thats a Ford rep can figure out something for us.

Has anyone else ran into this parts issue or know a solution? Can automotive parts be used on this engine? Even the steel Elbow Adapter is obsolete but luckily can weld that part to fix. Surely I'm not the only one that has ran into this problem or am I just not looking in the right places? I'm in favor of used parts too so any ideas will help.

Just a thought but a couple pictures may help, I might be wrong but the intake is likely same as automotive.

Most of what is on that engine is straight from Ford. Go to the boneyard and grab one of an old dead 5.0. Note the throttle body is a 60mm on that application so if you decide to pick up a few "fresher" parts you don;t want to mistakenly grab one larger (which is what most of the autos used). But the lower intake, the upper intake plenum many of the sensors etc are just Ford parts.

There are a number of automotive applications where the upper intake faces the wrong way though, but the lower is the same. Feel free to PM me anything you want to know in terms of specifics on this engine. Unfortunatley I know these things instide and out now.
